Our Mission
Regeneration Rooted in Soil

We believe change starts below ground — and grows through collaboration.
Regenerate Forum is a facilitator of regenerative transformation. We bring together farmers, local businesses, and communities to co-create thriving, soil-first landscapes.
While farmers are at the heart of this shift, they cannot do it alone. Regenerate helps unlock the local support networks needed to make change possible — starting in the Bodensee region, and growing from there.

What is Regenerative Agriculture?
Regenerative agriculture is about restoring the health of our soils — using proven, practical techniques like cover crops, compost, diverse planting, and minimal tilling. These methods aren’t new. They build on knowledge that’s been used for generations.
After decades of soil degradation, these simple changes can make a big difference. Most farms see improvements within just a few harvests — in soil structure, yields, and resilience.
It’s an approach that works for both conventional and organic farms.
Our Mission in Action
Our Mission in Action
Connecting the unexpected — farmers, mayors, bakers, retailers — to design action together.

“No one can do it alone. Real regeneration is regional — and collective.”
Dr. Jan-Gisbert Schultze, Founder & Co-Managing Director

WHY SOIL?
Soil is the foundation of our food systems, our farms, and our future. When we care for it, it gives back — with healthier crops, more resilient ecosystems, and deeper climate impact.
That’s why everything we do starts with the soil — and grows from there.
