Soil Peer Groups
Regeneration Needs Community

Learning is just the beginning – what matters is what happens next.
Our Boden AGs are small, farmer-led support groups that continue after the core training. They offer space to go deeper, stay accountable, and apply what you’ve learned with the support of others walking the same path.
Each group is coached by a facilitator and meets regularly to check in, share insights, and problem-solve together.
This is where regenerative farming becomes more than a method – it becomes a shared movement.

How it works

Small Groups
Farmers are grouped by region or interest – each group is made up of 6–10 people max.

Regular Meetups
Each group meets 4–6 times a year, with flexibility to set their own rhythm.

Facilitated Support
Every group is guided by a trained facilitator – helping steer conversations, offer input, and keep momentum going.
Regeneration can be lonely – it doesn’t have to be.
Farming can be isolating. Trying something new, even more so. That’s why Boden AGs exist — to give farmers the chance to stay connected, reflect on their challenges, and grow confidence over time.
Many participants say the AGs are where the real shift happens — not just in the field, but in mindset.

“In the Soil Working Groups, what you’ve learned is put into practice. It’s about tackling real changes on your own farm – through exchange, mutual support, and at eye level.”
