Farmer-to-Farmer Soil Learning
Learn from the land – and from each other.
Our training programme is built by farmers for farmers. It’s hands-on, practical, and shaped around the real challenges and insights that come from working the land.
Over the course of one year, participants learn, test, and share regenerative methods together – building the tools and confidence to restore soil health and strengthen their farms.
This is not classroom theory. It’s farmer-to-farmer learning in the field.
Our Three-Part Training Programme
Field Days & Expert Talks
We start with field days and expert talks to introduce key concepts, visit a regenerative farm, and create space for connection.
The Soil Workshops
Four seasonal modules spread across 10 days in one year offer structured, soil-focused training led by experienced practitioners.
The Boden AGs
Participants form peer support groups, coached by professional facilitators, to apply learning and move forward – together.
