About Regenerate Forum:
Regenerate Forum is a mission-driven organization with a regional focus in the Lake Constance (Bodensee) region. We work directly with farmers, businesses, and municipalities to restore soil fertility and put regenerative agriculture into practice.

Farmers are at the center of this movement – but they cannot carry this transformation alone. We create access to the support structures that are needed for this: from knowledge and further education to partnerships, certification, and market access.

Why? Because everything starts with the soil. Healthy soil means better harvests, clean water, vibrant ecosystems, and greater climate stability. It is the foundation – not only for agriculture but also for the health of our planet, our food, and our society.

About the Role:
This is a part-time, home-office-based role with regular travel in the Bodensee region. We’re looking for a strong communicator with a proven track record in storytelling – whether through social media, newsletters, or other channels. You will create content, edit and polish German-language materials, and help shape campaigns that bring Regenerate Forum’s work to life with clarity and impact.

Together with our Head of Communications & Development and in exchange with the wider team, you’ll take responsibility for delivering Regenerate’s communications locally.

Your Tasks:
● Share stories from farms, events and trainings – for social media and other channels
● Draft and edit German-language materials (newsletters, website, flyers, press releases) to a high professional standard
● Turn complex topics into accessible, engaging content for different audiences
● Plan content around regional events, seasons and opportunities
● Coordinate production of assets (print and digital) with designers, printers, partners and team
● Collaborate with the Regenerate team and report to the Head of Communications & Development

What We’re Looking For:
● Based in the Bodensee region (essential for local presence and travel)
● Native-level German with excellent writing, editing and communication skills, with ability to also sometimes work in english
● Demonstrated storytelling ability with proof of work (social media, newsletters, press, etc.)
● Confident with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn) and common content tools
● Organised and independent – able to plan, prioritise and deliver reliably
● Strong interest in environmental projects, food systems and ideally regenerative agriculture
