Regenerative agriculture is about building soil health, strengthening ecosystems, and supporting farming systems that can stand up to today’s climate and economic pressures. At Regenerate Forum, we work with farmers, businesses, and communities in the Bodensee region to support this transition – through training, collaboration, and the structures that help make change possible: from partnerships and certification to knowledge-sharing and market access.

We’re looking for someone to help us tell that story on Instagram – consistently, creatively, and with clarity. You’ll help bring our work to life in the feed: from events and partner visits to behind-the-scenes insights and big-picture ideas. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to shape strong, visual stories and wants to use that skill to support a purpose-driven team.

What we’re looking for
– Based in the Bodensee region
– Native-level German, with a strong feel for language and tone
– Skilled in Instagram (Stories, Reels, Posts, Canva, etc.)
– A confident storyteller – visual, clear, compelling
– Interest in environmental topics and food system change
– Reliable, independent, well-organised
– Comfortable collaborating with a small, focused team

What we offer
