About Us
About Regenerate Forum
We believe that everything starts with the soil.
Regenerate Forum is a non-profit working to restore soils, strengthen farms, and bring landscapes back to life — starting in the Bodensee region.
We connect farmers with training, financing, and recognition — and bring others to the table too: businesses, communities, policymakers, food system actors.
Meet the people behind the work
We are farmers, scientists, entrepreneurs and systems thinkers — with deep experience in climate, soil, and community transformation.

Dr. Jan-Gisbert Schultze
Jan founded Regenerate to bring regenerative agriculture to life — in the field and in the system. Before that, he worked in business and investment. Today, he helps shape the strategy and direction of everything we do.

Anna Viktoria Pröbstle
Anna brings people together. She leads our Roundtables and makes space for exchange between farmers, communities and politics. She’s a cultural scientist, farmer and trained farm educator — with her boots firmly in the soil.

Dr. Nicola Gindele
Nicola manages one of the biggest regenerative farms in the Bodensee region — and is also co-managing director of Regenerate. With a background in agricultural economics, she bridges practice and perspective.

Our vision: regenerative regions, rooted in soil.
We envision a future where farmers are supported and valued, landscapes are resilient to climate extremes, food systems are fair, regional, and nourishing, and communities are connected by care for the land.
Our mission is to help build that future — from the ground up.

None of this happens alone.
We work in partnership with local businesses, certifiers, scientists, municipalities, and supply chain actors. Together we co-create solutions that last.
