Roundtables
Connecting the Unexpected

Real change takes a seat at the table.
Roundtables are how we bring people together — farmers, bakers, mayors, vintners, retailers, soil experts — and find new solutions, together.
Each roundtable is locally grounded and farmer-led. We listen, we plan, and we build action strategies that work in the real world — not just on paper.
We call it “connecting the unexpected” — and it’s where regeneration begins.

How our roundtables work

We Invite
We reach out to farmers, local businesses, leaders and citizens — focusing on diversity, not hierarchy.

We Listen
Each session is a space to listen, share and map out what’s really needed — directly from the land.

We Plan Together
We co-develop concrete, region-specific ideas: from field schools to processing hubs.

We Stay Connected
Roundtables are the start of ongoing partnerships — building regenerative regions together.

A fair transition needs financial stability.
The shift to regenerative practices can’t rest on farmers alone. Refinancing helps spread the responsibility — and gives farmers the security to try new things without carrying all the risk. It also builds strong partnerships between land, business, and community — rooted in shared benefit.

Not just a label – a path forward.
Regenerative farming takes time. This system is designed to recognise progress – not perfection.
For farmers, it provides structure, support and potential for additional income. For buyers and consumers, it creates transparency, trust and a shared understanding of what regenerative really means.
And for the transition to succeed, we need both.

“Our goal is to bring the right people into the right rooms – and turn shared knowledge into concrete action plans that work in reality. In my role as a farmer and roundtable lead, I’m excited to see these solutions take shape, step by step.”
Anna Viktoria Pröbstle, Roundtable Lead
