Regenerate Forum

Everything starts with the soil.

Together with farmers, communities and businesses, we support the shift to regenerative land use. Starting in the Bodensee region – creating a model for the world.

Our soil is under pressure. But it holds the solution.

Our soil is under pressure. But it holds the solution.

Across Germany and beyond, soils are degrading. Yields are dropping, biodiversity is shrinking, and farmers face growing challenges.

But it doesn’t have to be this way.

Healthy soil is the foundation for healthy food, thriving farms, and resilient ecosystems. Regenerative practices can bring it back to life — if we act together.

What we do: Five initiatives for lasting change.

We work regionally, hands-on and with the people who know the land best. From training and certification to new supply chains – we support farmers and partners to make regeneration real.

Bringing farmers, businesses and local leaders to the table.

Farmer-to-farmer soil learning: practical, inspiring, supportive.

A new way to show commitment to regenerative practices.

Support for ecosystem services and fair transitions.

Linking regenerative farms with local markets and consumers.

Our pilot landscape

We begin in the Lake Constance region – a living laboratory where farmers, researchers, businesses and citizens work together to restore land and test solutions.

Our aim: build a model that others can follow, region by region.

Regeneration takes all of us.

Whether you’re a farmer, business, donor or part of the local community – there’s a role for you in this movement.

Let’s build it together.
